New Hampshire Academy of Family Physicians

The Board of Directors of the American Academy of Family Physicians has established a Chapter Foundation to enable the Chapter to more efficiently carry out its educational and public health goals. This is made possible by the establishment of a tax exempt charitable status which lends to fund-raising from members, as well as others outside the Chapter. We take particular pride in our support of our residents and students in National Family Practice activities at a level that ranks us number one in the nation not only in percentage numbers but absolute numbers, as well as very high numbers of New Hampshire-trained Family Physicians choosing to remain here to practice. We hope to foster these successes more efficiently through our Foundation. We also seek your participation as we formulate our larger Public Health agenda.
